I just wanted to say that in using GOG I have been pleasantly surprised across the board. It's is rare when I go to a website and as I go through the purchasing process every step is solid, understandable, and nice to look at. I am particularly fond of the Account > Library page, which is so good at managing my purchases that I haven't felt the need to use GOG Galaxy.
Also, the game installers, and your incorporation of technology to allow older games be played on newer machines, is excellent. I am astounded how games like Age of Wonders run on my Windows 7 machine. Installing from the original CD from years ago and trying to set it up myself does not work near so well.
I work in tech, and know making a good website and working within the realm of backward compatibility is hard - really really hard. I appreciate all the hard work I see reflected in your site and technology.
Kudos. I wish you all luck and prosperity.
