Based in Poland, so morning to afternoon CET (GMT+1) Monday to Friday.

They don't work weekends, so if you've been waiting for a reply, you'll probably get it on Monday.

ZFR: They don't work weekends
They do actually, just not at full strength. At least a job listing for support mentioned that they would be working 4 work days and 1 weekend day, with the weekend day being workable from home.
