Hey, any1 happens to know what the difference is between the 2 edition, the basic and the digital deluxe?..I tried sorting it out by looking at their stats, but saw no difference.

I think it includes a bunch or all DLC:

https://www.gog.com/game/neverwinter_nights_enhanced_edition_digital_deluxe_edition

"Includes:
Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition
Neverwinter Nights: Infinite Dungeons
Neverwinter Nights: Wyvern Crown of Cormyr
Neverwinter Nights: Pirates of the Sword Coast
Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition Official Soundtrack
Neverwinter Nights: Premium Adventures Official Soundtrack
Neverwinter Nights: Heroes of Neverwinter
Neverwinter Nights: Darkness Over Daggerford
Neverwinter Nights: Darkness Over Daggerford Official Soundtrack
Neverwinter Nights: Tyrants of the Moonsea
Neverwinter Nights: Tyrants of the Moonsea Official Soundtrack"
You got the email for - 85%? The deluxe edition for 9.09€ is a great deal
Is it worth 'upgrading' if I already have the non-enhanced Diamond Edition? I'm not exactly fond of Beamdog, but would like to finally get the remaining Premium Modules.

The Deluxe Edition includes all paid DLC. It would really only be a good idea to get that if you know you want all the soundtracks and the (IMO somewhat useless) character portrait pack.
Also, be aware that buying either edition should add the old, pre-EE Diamond Edition to your library; this version comes with a bunch of bonus goodies, among them a version of the soundtrack (including tracks from at least the first two expansions.) This soundtrack probably has significant differences from the ones sold as DLC for the EE, but it's still something to consider.

Edited to remove outdated info.

Actually, the Deluxe Edition was updated/replaced to include Tyrants of the Moonsea and its OST. Unfortunately, those who purchased the old Deluxe Edition still have to purchase the new module.
