timppu: I was very tempted to get the 200Mbit/s upgrade. but I was busy at the moment and we agreed he calls later that week. He never did.
Themken: Be warned that there are some con men who pretend to call on their behalf. Sadly I have experience :-( It is better that you call them or just do it via their website. You need to login. I've had similar upgrade calls before without problems. The ISPs mainly check that my mobile phone and internet subscriptions are up to date (and possibly sell me something extra on the side) so that I don't say phuck it and run to their competitor.
