I've been a huge fan of GOG for a long while now, but I've recently run into a problem with not hearing back from their support team.

I submitted a ticket because I never received any code for the Children of Morta promotion after spending $25. It's been 40 days since I submitted the ticket and its been over 20 days without them responding with any update.

Is this normal? Anyone else having this issue? I know the codes for the promotion took a little while, but Im losing faith in GOG for something that should be a simple fix.
