i've read other topics like this and tried different browsers, disabling all scriptblocks even tried on my phone.
they say the captcha appears after clicking continue, but that button is not clickable. when hovering over it, no target website appears on the bottom left.
i copied the code from a promo email, so it can't be due to wrong code.
the cancel button does nothing either btw.
just updated GOG Galaxy (download from the website because auto update failed), then tried to redeem the code in Galaxy but it has the exact same problem as the website. ??

i'm close to just buying the game full price on steam... my promo code expires soon anyway.

Same issue for me, was very interested when i got the special deal mail on Crossroads Inn, but can't get to the captcha part. First times it happends, was working fine on previous offers :(

page looks like JS is completely broken, a lot of errors in console and no buttons work.
This problem persists on FireFox, Brave and Edge.
Unfortunately, the code I wanted to redeem will probably expire before this is fixed..

Same problem here, I bought game code at external eshop as usual but it cant be redeem cause no captcha window is shown.
I tried it in Chrome, Edge, Opera, GOG app, phone... I have turned off adblock... It didnt work.. :(

Most likely they updated so you need a higher/newer version of the web browser. Which makes it annoying... I don't like being forced to upgrade from a light sleek simple browser to one that gets more bloated which is becoming more questionable over time.

Curiously browsers on phones are super lightweight due to low power consumption requirements... somehow...

doubt that's the problem, cause tried with latest version of Firefox, then latest version of Edge, and pbm was the same on both.

Well i know Captcha stopped working for me at all (On a somewhat recent but not latest browser), i mean i can see i but can't click the box saying i'm not a robot. On top of other issues with the site like images/games and other bits not loading.

I really wish they would make something work and leave it alone...

if you were trying to buy Crossroads Inn just buy it for 20€ on steam and on 22 october it will be automatically upgraded to include all DLCs. that's probably cheaper than the discounted price on GOG anyway.

They should remove the google recaptcha and try something else, not only on GOG but on any website with this crap they alway count me 2 fails before they accept my recaptcha. I have some scrip blocker but no problem with other captcha only the google one have.

It should have been outlawed under data protection laws.
