1. Why achievements aren't unlocking
2. Does game time is counted while I am offline?
3. If I launch the game using its .exe not gog(gog is running in background) then my game time will be counted or not and achievements will unlock or not.

Thats it for now :-)

1. Games with Galaxy Achievements GOGmix, not all of them are live though.. The Witcher 2 for instance.
2. No.
3. No, playtime will be not counted. Achievements may unlock once you get online and load saved game through Galaxy.
