One stream at the twitch stream schedule is marked as promo stream. Does this mean, that tomorrow a new promo/sale starts?

It could just be an early weekend promo. It would certainly be nice to see something more though. :)

The game they're streaming is Screencheat, which is in the current weekly promo. So no.

Well, it's not evidence that a promo is starting tomorrow, anyway. :)
