Sulibor: When browsing available civilizations on the wiki page, I found no Vulcans. Taking into account heir role in the Trek universe, it is hard to imagine Civilizations type game - set in this universe - without them. I am wondering how many things have been already planned for DLCs.

Breja: Wouldn't Vulcans just be part of the Fedaration?
It looks like starting period is the Archer era (ENT) so there will be no Federation just "United Earth":

Sorry my mistake, it look like you will be able to create a federation in game when playing "United Earth".
