Can not get new game to work properly. Any step by step protocol to use this feature?

What game and what feature? More information would be helpful.

I'll take a random guess and assume that you're talking about the New Game+ of Witcher 3?

Contact support and ask them for help.

- Go to the support tab in the menu
- Go to games support
- Search for your game
- Check if your issue is already mentioned
- If not, click on "I can't find solution for my problem" on the right
- Send the email to support and wait for an answer
- If they can't help you get it to work, you're entitled to a refund

Or, just ask on the subforum of the game.

If it is about NG+ in Witcher 3 do this:

- save it again in a new slot
- quit to the main menu and load the game again (once loaded you should get a popup saying that NG+ is in the game or sth like that)
- Start a NG+ and select the savegame you just made

Finished Witcher3 & HoS. Hit lvl 70 and cannot lvl farther though I have equipment for lvl 70+. Any way to get around lvl 70?
