When creating an account, I made a mistake and did not see that I missed one letter in the mail name.
Now when I try to log into my account, an authentication code is sent to this wrong mail.
Technical support is silent and does not answer in any way for quite a long time. How can I contact them directly?
Ice_Mage posted recently the way to get the support attention here:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/i_cant_contact_support_via_the_chat/post2

3 Questions:

1. Couldn't you create a new email address with that missing letter by yourself, is it already taken?

2. Since you were creating a new account, what's the problem with creating another one and with proper email this time, or do you really need to get that username you indicated previously?

3. Why do you even need another account since you already have one from year 2016, haven't you heard that it's against the rules?

1. Yes I created, it's already taken
2. I need access to that account where the games are bought.
3. I don't remember why I created 2 accounts to be honest, but it was also created in those years. If I get my account back, I'll delete this one.

I'm confused now, you said previously that you were creating an account and missed a letter in email address. And now you say it has games on it. Whenever you create an account it has no games on it.

Cadaver747:
translation error.

OK, thanks for clarification. I hope you will be able to get in contact with GOG support as per Ice_Mage's suggestion (see the link above).

Since Russian is not used here, allow me to provide English translation just in case:

"I once created an account with the wrong email, and then they introduced authentication (I don't even remember how I confirmed it). Now I can't access my account, although I'm logged in on my computer. I can't change the email because the code is sent to the wrong address. And now I'm trying to log into the account from another computer, but it's not working. The support team isn't responding, but I don't want to lose that account."

You're not asked to verify your e-mail address when signing up. As for two-factor authentication, it's on by default and probably was introduced in that state for everyone.

Support tends to be slow. You're lucky if you get a response within a week. As long as you have a ticket open or you e-mailed directly, they should reply eventually. You can help move things along by sending proof of account ownership (things like purchase receipts).

Ok.
Where should the receipts be sent?

Ice_Mage:
In case it wasn't clear I merely provided an English translation to the Russian bit of text from OP. Those are not my words and I don't have any issues with GOG Support.

After opening a support ticket, you should have a confirmation e-mail that says you can reply with more information. You should also have a link to the ticket on the site, where you can check its status and history, and add a reply.
Support is often not available on weekends ... so I have read.
And you may not hear back until after Wednesday due to some public holidays in Poland.
