baught Avernum the complete saga said i get 1-6 but i only seen 4 and 4 wont play..gos like main screen then a black screen says exe has stop working..i have win 7 64bit.

For problems with any specific game, it's probably best to go through the actual support site. Click where it says "Support" in the navigation bar across the top of the screen, then select the appropriate categories till you have gotten to the support ticket form.

Just to mention, email addresses are not case sensitive. They all get lower cased.
