Okay, normally I would be willing to wait - but if my problem isn't an isolated incident Gog could be bleeding a lot of money.

You could have procedural issues with PayPal right now. I'm hoping I'm the only one but if not Gog could be in trouble. I know this is the weekend but I'm hoping someone will see this because it's kind of an emergency (For Gog, not me - I can wait if the issue only affects me).
