I don´t know since when but now it marks that i have 0 games. I don´t know what have happened. Fortunatelly in my library appear the games but it is disturbing. Any help?

I´ve tried to refresh account and nothing.

PS: Don´t believe the total Loop Hero hours, i´ve played a lot more off-line :D

Have you changed your settings lately?
Particular the "My full game library can be seen by..." setting?

Now, I don't know, if there is a setting that would hide the number of your owned games from yourself (or why there would be such a feature)...but hey: this is GOG, we're speaking about, so...

Seems to be a bug.
Mine shows 0 as well.
The other day it showed the correct number.

There is nothing you dan do about it but wait. You'll probably notice the fix long before I do.

The bug has also just contaminated me and many other people I know.

It does, however, says I'm offline, when obviously I'm not. Go figure...

Wish I had your problem. Would like for GOG to wipe my played time and achievements, too.

Same for my profile. Almost gave me a heart attack, given how much money I've spent on GOG.

Thankfully it only appears to be a profile issue. Time to make sure I download all my remaining installers, just in case.
I would be super annoyed if my achievements got erased. Would absolutely demand a restore.

I don't do time tracking. For the achievements you can probably contact support.

I had everything off but settings were reset somehow before I noticed. Asked support to wipe it all, a long time ago, and they said no.
