That should enrich your poop nicely. Don't forget the protein bars next time!

KiNgBrAdLeY7: Why my good sir you bought all these and you plan to turn your stomach into a pills silo? There are natural diet supplements who are also very tasty and better for your body and its functions, too. Ever heard of fresh beehive products (especially pollen and royal jelly) and fresh seasonal fruit? Or hippofaes, spirulina and other "superfoods" (like akai/goji berry, etc)?
you put it so much nicer than I did!

I eat royal jelly on occasion myself, it's great!

I also highly recommend eating ferments
Yes.
Looks like a formula for very expensive urine.

Wishbone: You don't want to take this every day. Vitamin B and C are water soluble, which means that any excess you ingest, your body simply gets rid of. Vitamin A however is fat soluble, and an excess stays in your body a lot longer, which can cause toxic level of Vitamin A to accumulate if you continue to ingest too much of it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_A#Toxicity

Barry_Woodward: "acute toxicity occurs at doses of 25,000 IU/kg of body weight, with chronic toxicity occurring at 4,000 IU/kg of body weight daily for 6–15 months"

So we're talking 4,000 IU to 25,000 IU of vitamin A per kilogram of body weight, which is an insane amount. My supplement is only 10,000 IU for my entire body weight, only double the recommended dose, which is no big deal. #FamousLastWords
Do the math. Apart from the fact that you already do get some Vitamin A just by eating normal foods, adding 5,000 IU above the recommended dosage every day will get you above that lower limit in less days than you weigh kilograms. Of course, your body will get rid of some of it over time, but presumably not enough to avoid a buildup.

Barry_Woodward: Today I decided I wanted to start taking supplements because my diet is less than balanced. Maybe I should have just picked up a multivitamin and called it a day, but I ended up impulse buying a whole bunch without doing any real research. For those knowledgeable about such things, did I go overboard?

My haul:

1. Vitamin A - 10,000 IU - Daily Value: 200%

2. Vitamin B-Complex
>>Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) - 100 mg - Daily Value: 6,667%
>>Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - 100 mg - Daily Value: 5,882%
>>Vitamin B3 (Niacin) - 100 mg - Daily Value: 500%
>>Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) - 100 mg - Daily Value: 1,000%
>>Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCI) - 100 mg - Daily Value: 5,000%
>>Vitamin B7 (Biotin) - 100 mcg - Daily Value: 33%
>>Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) - 100 mcg - Daily Value: 100%
>>Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) - 100 mcg - Daily Value: 1,667%

3. Vitamin C - 1,500 mg - Daily Value: 2,500%

4. Vitamin D3 - 10,000 IU - Daily Value: 2,500%

5. Vitamin E - 1,000 IU - Daily Value: 3,333%

6. Chelated Zinc - 22 mg - Daily Value: 147%

7. Omega 3 Fish Oil - 2,000 mg
>>EPA: 800 mg
>>DHA: 600 mg

8. Hydrolyzed Super Collagen Type 1 & 3 - 6,000 mg

9. Hyaluronic Acid - 100 mg

10. Gelatin - 1,680 mg

Yikes! That's a lot of frakking pills to take.
Bro, do you even lift?

Maybe he plans on selling it.

Seriously, rather spend the money on fresh fruit, vegetables, good spices, herbs, seeds, roots, etc... and eat well.
Let's be honest now, Barry, you're only buying these things because you like all the pretty colours.

Tip: Skittles are cheaper.
