Try using the normal game installer from your account, instead of going through the galaxy client.

1. Right-click the taskbar and choose Task Manager.
2. Click the Users tab.
3. If there's more than one user listed, expand them all to see which programs they're running. If there's only one user, then the error message is probably bogus.
In any case, you should open a support ticket, if you haven't already.
