Games are not transferable, and account transition of any type is against terms of service. Just keep the games and play them, it’s the same as for steam, but without the added drm.

As nightcrawler pointed out: that's illegal. DRM-free means, GOG has no control over their games after the sale. Nothing would keep you from keeping the games after you have sold your account to someone else. Just download the games and play them yourself. You don't even need any client to do so.
Since you already bought the games and can't transfer them, why don't you just give a chance to the awesomeness of DRM-free games? You might end up liking it and staying.
I bought some games on GOG thinking they were a map to find those magical unicorns.

No seriously, where do I find some? I've already built a nice stable... with an exhaust for their colorful farts.
Others have already pointed out the TOS.

Now regardless of that if you havent downloaded them you might still get a refund (though with this thread Im not so sure youll be entitled to one).

So DRM = Digital Rights Management right? What does that means? I can download and install games wherever i want (outside of gog galaxy..Like on my hard drive or flash drive) and keep them or i can burn them on disc.or something like that?

Yes. You may do what you want with your games.

Exactly. The games don't have to be registered to any online service and they won't 'phone home' to check, whether you are allowed to play them. Once you have bought the game, you own the downloaded file and can install the game on any system you own. As long as those systems are compatible with the system requirements.

Yes, essentially it’s all about control. Either you have it, “they” have it, or there is a combination of the two. The ideal world is where you, the consumer has 100% control. This is mostly true with GOG, you buy the licence and then they give you the files to do with as you want. Other companies put various levels of control on, for instance steam has CEG which is their control module linked to their client. But they also sometimes have requirements to link to origin or uplay to run a game. These are all levels of control which take away from your position as the consumer on how you use the product.
It’s not however, just about control. You can add in monopolisation - having users tied to one system and data capture - data is more valuable than product now (Facebook is a good example).
Ultimately op the producer wants you fully and dependantly reliant on them, hence streaming is the big next thing.

Even that doesn't necessarily matter. 30 years from now, you're more likely to play a GOG game on a Windows 10 emulator than hope for the DRM server to be still online.

Do you want all your games in one place on Steam? You can add the games to Steam as "Non-Steam games", though you won't have features like achievements.

If you're desperate for Steam keys you can wait for Steam sales. GOG never gives Steam keys but you can download and play GOG games old-fashioned style / like off a CD-rom, without need for a client like Steam.
