Tallima: What they sell for $2 is the "chance" to get a 1080Ti, or possibly something else. It goes on to say you can gift yourself something unknown and who knows, maybe it'll be a 1080Ti. It doesn't say you're buying a 1080Ti.

Mine was on a particularly slow boat.

I believe this is the GPU fan. We must have to Voltron our pieces together to make the 1080 Ti.
