Unfortunately, if you want to really backup all your CD games in digital format, you will experience hell on earth :-P
Furthermore, for the strongest DRM tech like StarForce, making working copies of protected games is utterly impossible. You will need advanced virtual drives with DRM emulation like Daemon Tools, and even with that your chance of success is dim.
As already said, there is no such thing as a universal solution for making backups of CD/DVD games. You will have to research custom tricks for every single game, and you should expect to invest in some special hardware/software combination (like CloneCD+a particular model of CD/DVD burner) as well.
