i bought the game and installation failed i cant repair/verify or even uninstall in order to reinstall

Have the same issue, but if you go into the install directory you are able to launch the game (Moonlighter.exe) from there. Guess GOG needs to fix this to also work from within GOG Galaxy...

Are you getting any sort of error when you try the install? Are you running Galaxy? Installing via the stand alone installer? OS? You don;t give us a whole lot to go on. A friendly reminder that only you can see what is occurring.

A previous thread suggested installing it outside of Galaxy if you;re trying to install it via the client. May want to try that if you haven't already.

I had the same issue but I just told Galaxy to scan and import the GOG Galaxy folder and fixed the issue immediately.
