Hello!

I was at about 25k XP, and I still have the unlocked games. After logging in today I find that my XP has reset to zero. To confirm, I checked in and voilá, now I have 100 XP.

What gives?
Doesn't that mean that you get two freebies again? :)

Possibly. And I own VV already, so it's not that I lost anything. It's just messed up.

Edit: ok now it is correct again. Strange.

Guess theyre having some issues. I just bought Undertale, but didnt get XP, was buying it to get Viktor Vran, but no luck now :(
I also just bought a game that was supposed to give 18k XP, but no XP received. :-(

Edit: And after making this post XP is suddenly there. XD'

Of both the past two days, I've had that problem (resetted-to-zero-XP), but I've been leaving the XP tab open on the side, and it seems to fill in the "missing" XP within a few minutes.

I happened again this morning, but was okay in a few minutes; and right now it's again "zero" (I just logged in).

Oops - there it goes; I refreshed that tab and now all my XP is there. It has been about 5 minutes..

So.. it appears that the whatever "backend" is just a bit slow delivering up the numbers.

Like so many things; one just has to have a bit of patience...

More than likely the database glitched and returned an empty result, or only got the last day/two of xp in it's list.

It's a bug, or what we around here like to call a "feature" since there's so many of 'em on this website that it's practically part of the culture. It just wouldn't be GOG without the chat going awry every so often or the avatars not changing for months at a time.
