I bought Divinity Original Sin, it even shows it in my order history, but my library claims it to not be there, I cant download the game again, :/, help?

Perhaps you have a filter active? Perhaps it is set to a specific OS that doesn't run Divinity Original Sin. Or maybe your library hasn't updated yet.

If your order history shows the purchase you should be able to access the game though. You definitely should take a screenshot of that and if the game really doesn't show up, support will be happy to help you out. During the week they will usually take less than 24 hours to get to it.

Did you buy the key directly from GOG or from a shady keyseller like G2A or Kinguin? If you bought it from keyseller, it probably got revoked, because it was originally bought with a stolen credit card. In that case you shold contact the seller and ask for a refund.

By the way, about forty of my games on other sites have come from Kinguin and G2A.
The only issue I've ever had was with GOG.

Seems to only use GOG as if it's an easy site to use dodgy cards on.
