EDIT: Scratch that, misread the reply. I can see why it would continue to be left off for that reason as well.

What about Obscure it was here at one point then disappeared. Rights issue?

Yeah, was that one because of the soundtrack? Can't remember now...
All the removed games are listed here:
http://www.gogwiki.com/wiki/List_of_games_removed_from_GOG
I'll have to check through them later...
I have no idea wasn't lucky enough to grab it before it was taken off.
Nice to see the Powermonger was mentioned in the first post.

I cant see any reason as to why GOG haven't released it yet, considering Pop' 1 and 2 are already here

VanishedOne: The Last Remnant (Square-Enix)
Theme Park series (EA), unless you consider Theme Hospital to be part of the same series
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (EA, though co-published with 38 Studios according to Wikipedia, so maybe it half-qualifies?)
OK added those 2 RPGs to the list (and my Steam wishlist too - they both look cool!)

I'm so amazed that GOG doesn't have any of the Theme Park games yet that I think I'd convinced myself that they did have one!
Personally, if I was controlling damiens list
http://www.gog.com/forum/general/completionists_list_of_missing_games_from_gog_series
I would have included them under the same series as Theme Hospital but, as he's decided not to, I've added them to my list
Thanks for those

F4LL0UT: Assuming that all the Sierra franchises went to Activision:
Woodruff and the Schnibble (similar to Goblins but a separate IP as far as I can tell)
Hunter Hunted
Empire of the Ants
Aces of the Deep

EA:
Freedom Fighters (although the rights may have been passed to Squeenix - also present on GOG though, so doesn't really matter)
Need for Speed series

Square Enix:
Kane & Lynch

Ubisoft:
Shadow Company
Conflict Zone

Codemasters:
Race Driver Series (was on GOG, has been removed)
Colin McRae/Dirt series (was on GOG, has been removed)
Second Sight (was on GOG, has been removed)
Prisoner of War
Dizzy series
OK added all of those I didn't mention earlier when I said about the car likenesses thing
Mobygames had Empire of Ants down as Microids which seems to have gone to Anuman (although Ubisoft got involved at one point) so I've put it under Anuman Interactive
And what's that about Freedom Fighters going to Sqeenix, just out of curiosity?
Thanks for those!

*Edit* oh I see that the Dev 'IO Interactive (IOI)' was bought by Eidos who was, of course, bought by Squeenix - interesting!

RayRay13000: Capcom:
-Devil May Cry Series (3,4, and DmC 2013)
-Street Fighter Series

Yep, added Devil May Cry series - cheers

liquidsnakehpks: EA : ROAD RASH
LOL I went to my Cupboard Of Games (TM) last night for inspiration, saw Road Rash but must have forgotten it by the time I got back to my chair!
It's been awhile since I've played it but I'm sure the bike are made up, especially as the lowest category is 'rat bikes' sounds like the soundtrack would probably have to be butchered for re-release though - there's Therapy?, Soundgarden and all sorts on there!
Added, thanks

Valts007: Nordic Games : Titan Quest series (THQ - Nordic).
Good call!
The other half of the THQ stuff seems to have gone to Deep Silver - hopefully GOG will strike up a relationship with them before long...

Well, the weird thing is that Hitman 1 and 2 were published through Eidos, then they published Freedom Fighters through EA and after that continued through Eidos / Squeenix. So one would assume that Freedom Fighters is still owned by Electronic Arts, however, there were reports that Eidos was planning to release a sequel to Freedom Fighters so who knows what happened exactly. It's certainly pretty confusing, especially since the first Kane & Lynch resembled Freedom Fighters in several ways so maybe they were working on a spiritual successor which turned out to be K&L rather than a sequel, and FF is still owned by EA.

Not gonna happen. Deep Silver are humble slaves to St. Gaben.
The fact the original Alice is not on here baffles me. EA updated it to work on Win7 themselves but don't sell the damn thing anywhere. I can't even buy it as DLC for my Alice 2 game, it was only available as a pre-order bonus.

So stupid.

Its also pretty weird that the original Populous from the Humble Origin Bundle activates on Origin but can't be bought from the Origin store, maybe they've got a 'retro' wing in the works?

As much as I prefer GOG and dislike the DRM aspects, Origin did the Command & Conquer collection pretty well. Each game I tried launched immediately with no issues, even the original and first Red Alert. I wouldn't cry about it if they did more classic releases on Origin.

Just let me buy stuff EA!
Just added the Supreme Commander series, Nordic seem to have picked up the first one from THQ but the second was always Square Enix, slightly oddly
Oh and Full Spectrum Warrior too now!
