Edit: Found a site guys, If you want a little keyboard for macro shortcuts that is decent in price this is it!

UnrealQuakie: Anyone here play RTS games like starcraft or C&C? I been looking for an external arrow key thing like what I have in the picture for gaming cause sliding my arm across the keyboard to use the arrow pad is annoying and wanted to know if anyone knows if these are legit things?

I can find those full game pads but god damn they cost too much.
I am an RTS junkie (favorite genre) but I have never once used the arrow keys.

I'm trying to figure out why I would.

OH!
I have never played the 8 bit series, very curious about it.

For C&C, StarCraft, Empire Earth, AOE I usually just used the mouse to scroll around and clicked on the minimap or hit a specific unit number to jump across the map.

so far its a good series but feels like it lacks content if you just buy one of the 3, if you get all 3 it feels like 1 complete game... but yeah it playes like classic C&C and acts like it too.

Have you considered using a USB Numeric Keypad?

Gonna check that out and I found a site that sells mini programmable keysets for use for anything

Really? I thought using NumLock turned a numeric keypad into a standard arrow keypad, like on a normal keyboard.

You could also try a Windows keyremapper like this, before shelling out for the Falcon 8: https://sharpkeys.codeplex.com/

See the thing is I need it just for games, these programs do it for the whole desktop plus software. so when I type I lose my wasd function if I dont use the arrow keys but having external arrow keys will let me keep my full typing intact and such. if that thing allowed the arrows to be bound to wasd just for games than I dont need to spend the money on that other thing but I dont think that program does that.
