Seems like Xandria's back, with an appropriately-titled song. Though it's questionable how much it can still be called Xandria when it's actually an entirely new band Marco reformed around himself (or maybe the label did?) after everyone else left...
About that song... Not bad, but weaker and all too bland, I'd say for the first time when a change takes them down, since so far they seemed to have such a knack for it that each change of vocalist was a level up. And those growls from the new vocalist are a sign of bad things to come from where I'm standing.

So heres a question. Had to delete all my history . cookies etc the other night because of a misclick which ended up giving me the facebook cooties.

Thing is a mate had been on about a doom band earlier that night - supposedly by an ex member of Evile. can't seem to find anything online about it now, so does anybody have a clue? Just remember it was a short, two part name.

A quick search for past members of the UK Evile returns Fallen Fate, Foetal Juice and The Senseless. None are listed as doom though.

Yup, found those (on that site! XD). I'm guessing they have the wrong originating band (reason I remember it being Evile so well is that a mate is the former tour manager). Ah well, thanks for letting me know its not just search results at my end.
Will have to wait until tomorrow now to find out as its late - but its doing my head in! :D
