Could be, I googled ascii boobs, got ascii boobs giving the figure. Amazing what you can find on the net:

Yeah I can see boobs for sure; it is up for a wide variation of perfectly feasible interpretations, but for some reason Garfield giving the finger seemed the strongest to me.
