I wonder why though, after 1 whole year the games in the Star Wars Blaster bundle aren't -75%, while the Saber bundle was at this discount one year ago already...

Because the games in the Saber bundle were already available on Steam many years ago and discounted by 75% quite a few times. The games on the Blaster bundle were all digital premieres on GOG, which is why Disney isn't willing to discount them to the same level as the Blaster bundle games so soon.
