[This is a sticky post, it will be visible in every single page of this thread. It has been published in October 2020.]

Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

That being said, here you can find a post with dxenija's community poll to have better understanding of the situation: CLICK.

At the time of writing, open giveaway threads are:
- Massive Giveaways Blog (this one)
- Free (temporary) keys giveaway central topic.
- Updated Itch.io giveaways

Be nice to each other *flies away*

Itch stuff hasn't been posted in a while (maybe relying on those collections which were posted before?) and there are plenty of others which haven't been listed here since, while it's also possible that some of these are actually older, but a handful that seemed new to me when I checked now (again not including in dev):

Run Away
2D Flight Simulator
Zombie Bomb Splode
Skee Alley
Ghost Dimension
Quarantini
Escape the House
Doggoland
Also this one : The Legend of FiCe
And this : Strange Island

Not sure if this belongs here, but you can get Master of Orion (2016) with all DLCs on Wargaming Game Center by playing a match in World of Warships after you sign up here. But it takes a few hours for a new player to get a t5 ship, which is needed. Hit me up if you want a referral for some goodies.

It sounds like a catch.

"You can download the full single-player versionof Master of Orion for free only from April 9 to 23. After April 23, the special battle missions in World of Warships will no longer be available. Once you complete the mission and unlock the game in the Game Center, you can download it at any time and continue playing for free after April 23."

Thought that was apparent when they wanted you to install World of Warships from the jump. It may be a fun game but if they're resorting to dangling the freebie carrot in front of people to play it, it must be having some issues.

Will that Master of Orion be tied to their client* or A DRM Free Download that works completely offline?
* I assume Wargaming Game Center is a client? Or is it only a web store like.... Humble Bundle? o.O

Yep, they have their own client, to which the game is linked.

Wargaming Game Client.

EDIT: NVM, I realize I've been misreading it the entire time.

It's still a grind though, and I barely play for the fact they don't consolidate the PC version.

Well I thought I might as well try it as I wanted Master of Orion, and the Game Client didn't look too big...
Only to realize World of Warships itself is a 31GB Download and a 81 GB install! Wow, didn't expect that :/
It's funny that the "Ultra" version add under 0.5GB, a shame they don't have a low setting...

Some more on itch:

Solar Danmaku
Player 9
Sugar Zen
Overseas Business Adventure
Push It In
Journey and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will be going free tomorrow until May 5th. During this time, if you claim them, you keep them (at least, from my understanding of the post linked below).

* - Console only, though that may go without saying since Uncharted is involved.

Read more about it here.
