hi i`ve had to uninstall setters 4 gold that i bought from you but now its not in the list of my games so as i can reinstall it so where has it gone ? thanks

Contact support, they'll be able to help you with this.

In what list? If you mean the galaxy client, hopefully someone else can help you as I don't use it. If the game disappeared from your account (clicking on your username up top), you should contact support and ask about it as it's probably a bug. Normally such a thing only should happen for fraudulent G2A keys, transaction rollbacks and the like.

you sure you can't find it here https://www.gog.com/account anymore? And you didn't select "hide game" or?
Also ya was the key bought directly here on gog.com or on another site?
