ok so in the mid to late 90s I spend a lot of time (and money) at computer cafe's and a game I played very briefly and really liked I forgot the title on I am really hoping that my description of the beginning of the game will allow someone to tell me the name of the game

the game has to have come out between 95 and 98 it could be a little earlier but not later

anyway you start in a trash dumpster once you get out you walk into a bar (you are a pretty bad ass biker dude) and use the bartenders nose ring on the table :) this allows you either the location of your bike or at least the keys a little later in the game you have to hide from a police helicopter

I only played the game once I do remember that it was set up kind of like monkey island

any help would be appreciated
