Navagon: Create some dummy content for the site (lorem ipsum with placeholder pics) that is along the lines of the kinds of articles and features you'll want on the finished site. You'll need to think about content even if you don't have any otherwise your navigation is going to need reworking pretty quickly.

Usually with any creation the name is the last thing decided on. Leave finalising the logo and even the name until last.
