As I somehow cannot find a game forum for Lock's Quest, I'll post my questions here. :-)

I'm playing Lock's Quest with a controller which works fine (especially compared to mouse and keyboard) but now:
How do I save?
Or access the main menu?
Or close the game from within the game? (without tabbing out and closing the window then)

I'm between fights right now.
I have just arrived in Northshore.I have to go and talk to somebody,

I have tried every single button on the controller as well as the ones on the keyboard most commonly used for saving/accessing menus.
No luck.
