i bought 2 games on GOG today, im new here BTW, when i saved in the game i closed the game and when i go to play the game again i have to start from scratch, why hasnt the game saved my progress properly?

Theme Hospital doesn't support cloud saves. Stronghold Crusader HD should... did you launch the game through GOG Galaxy? Did you allow it to sync after you quit?

Did you actually remember to save your game BEFORE quitting?

What's your operating system and where did you install those games?
I highly advise installing games outside of Program Files folder.

Have you tried doing this, and attempting that. It sometimes works if use anacronyms, and then restart, but as for progress, entropy is probably the only way forward.

A portmanteau would imply a hand, of which I did not proffer. To subtract the level of detail presented in the second degree from the first degree, to attain equilibrium would be apparent.
