Does GOG have a live support? cause refund team isn't viewing my case properly.

I bought cyberpunk at release but had so many issues requested a refund, bought it again cause they said fixed issues and i wanted to play DLC but my PC will not run it barely get out of character creator, and super low fps and CTD.


support is saying i played it too long for a refund, but they are looking at numbers from 3 years ago lol i never even got to play the new dlc which is why i bought it again, i can't even get through prologue.

No, and they don't work weekends or any Polish Holidays either.

The Support is probably buried under a mountain of tickets from recent sales and releases. On your profile page you have that banner with 50 hours clocked from three years ago, perhaps you could use it to convince support rep.
