Got a reply. Turns out it is nothing to do with translation errors etc, but they really don`t provide a charger for their phones.
One can be purchased via their store (could I hell as like find it lol), but tbh, they are required items & should be part of the package. Apparently €5.95 for one.
Compatibilities: ITU-TL.1001 (11/2012)³ charger (micro-USB). So I guess if previously owned a mobile that has this charger, you`re in luck..
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zeagsl29mhgrzd8/Chargers-and-E-Waste.pdf?dl=0 Because "We have made this decision not to include chargers in order to raise awareness of the issue, which is why we are selling them at cost price. What`s more, the savings made by not supplying the charger in the box has been reinvester into improving the screens of the Aquaris M range".
Warning though: "Tactile quality of the screen: Interacting with some devices while they are charging can lead to failure of the touch panel with some chargers. This does not occur with the new Aquaris M range, which feature Atmel touch technology & can be used during the charging process without any adverse effects."
No idea if this occurs with most mobiles, not good news that though.
So, I`m now looking at the Meizu MX5 that I can stick Ubuntu onto it.
