Looking for games similar to the following:

Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim
Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun
Orion Trail
Iratus: Lord of the Dead

I like games where there is no exploring. I don't want to have an open world to do x, y and z. I would like for the next level or area to be on my screen. I complete the objectives and I move on to the next. I don't want any game requiring a gamepad. KB and Mouse is what I'm looking for so that I can take my time to make a decision and just chill while playing. QTE games are no go. No grinding. If the game is setup that I need to replay an older mission or back track, I rather not play it.

I think Darkest Dungeon fits the bill but not 100%.

Any helping finding something new for me to sink my teeth into would be ideal.

Iron Danger. No open-world. You traverse levels where you have to complete objectives.
probably a lot of deckbuilder style games (you might have to pick from branches when the route splits though)

Slay the Spire
Monster Train
Slice and Dice (https://tann.itch.io/slice-dice)
I quite enjoyed Hard West 1 (didn't play 2) which is sort of like Desperados/Blades of the Shogun only turn based.

And my favorite of the genre: Valkyria Chronicles which sadly is not on GOG.

I can only tell you that Darkest Dungeon is ALL ABOUT grind and endless repeating.

This game I have on my phone. Loved it. 100% it.
Most SRPGs have overworld for map selection and battle repetition, but no actual exploration other than rare times where you have a choice of 2 or 3 maps to do next. But you don't have to except for certain items... Most people can complete without repeating levels for XP, but also most people like to do that because you learn more skills.

Example: Fell Seal.

Which works splendidly keyboard+mouse (better than with a gamepad, IMO).

Also, agree on Monster Train (or Slay the Spire, if you want unfair random). But it's also all about replay over multiple play-through, so probably doesn't fit. Into the Breach, also already mentioned, is like this too. These are games where "grinding is the game".

FTL, while great, is realtime and not turn-based.

How about... Ironclad Tactics? It's real-time, but not super fast paced on the normal difficulty. Card-based play. Minimal to no replay. It's sort of a lane-based game (think of "plants vs zombies" genre).

I'm not keen on them, but maybe the X-Com games? They're pretty linear, are turn-based, and basically no replaying unless you lose.

There's also Predynastic Egypt and Egypt Old Kingdom (on sale super cheap today). They're edutainment-style lite "4x" games that don't really involve exploration and have limited replay value.

An, last suggestion, is Age of Wonders. I never did play the older ones, but #3's campaign definitely fits your requests.

Arcadius-8606: Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun
Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive, in my opinion the best stealth/tactics game until Shadow Tactics came out. The Commandos series seems to be famous too, but due to its setting I never got the motivation to try it. Desperados 3 is done by the same studio than Shadow Tactics and looks great, but I am still waiting for a big discount due to the lack of a DRM-free Linux build.

Arcadius-8606: Iratus: Lord of the Dead
Darkest Dungeon, it got many imitators like Iratus or Vambrace: Cold Soul, but none that managed to reach its level of greatness. Some people complain about grinding, but the way I experienced it there was none at all.
