My last cyberpunk 2077 download was 1.6.0 from September 2022.
Checked today, 'cause GOG dared to show me a survey of my experience..
Aha, It is now Version 1.6.2 +Hotfix. Where were the, at least, five in-between versions? Why were they never listed as "updated" ?
For years this is an open issue, especially with Cyberpunk 2077 in my library: Games which do get an update are not listed as "updated", don't get a blue dot, nothing.
How many other games were updated with me knowing? I cannot tell! My library is too big to do this manually.
For years my suggestion to offer us "sort by last update available" including throwing the date when the last update was published they do nothing to fix the actual underlying bug or listen to actually useful suggestion. Sending me to the "wishlist", which obviously gets ignored too.
Every time I report this to support "something" seems to be done to fix this, but that does not work as well to, and the Cyberpunk 2077 case in my account proves this.
I am losing trust in GOG more and more. The key feature of GOG, offline installers, are there. But everything else feels like it degrades more and more.
Why does GOG not actually listen to customers?
And don't suggest "GOG Galaxy" here - if I'd want that I would have stayed with Valve / Steam.
EDIT DECEMBER 2024:
A bit before Christmas suddenly most games, which did never now "update", show update available! So it got possibly be fixed, but I could not check fully yet...
But this forum needs an update too: I cannot add a comment or a reply to this old topic, but "edit" works? Weird...
