Unless I'm missing something, I don't think we can rate games without going to the product page. It would be nice to have the star rating display for the games while we are viewing our library, and let us rate them from there without the extra step of leaving the page and having to return.

I noticed in List view that our rating is displayed, but it doesn't seem like we can rate or change our rating from here. In Grid view, it's not shown at all, which is fine because it looks less cluttered, but adding a way to rate it (such as from the drop-down arrow) would be convenient.

Actually, the List view rating is the average rating from the store page, not your own rating.
yeah, thats the one feature gog needs to reach perfection!

+1 more games would get rated by more of the userbase.

this would dilute the opinions of the heavily gog-engaged and add more weight to those simply engaged with the game. it also dilutes the opinions of the super-motivated, whether that motivation's source be nostalgia, frustration or joy of a transient nature (aka bias), or some other less skewed source but still temporary and therefore not a completely even keel source.
