Hi

I have these game on dvd and I already finished installing, however I notice that they have been releasing several patches in order to improve the game.

My question is these, right now I have the game with launch file patch (1.02), should I update inmediately to latest patch (1.12)? I'm kinda confussed because patch 1.10 is almost 10 gb of space and the latest is less than a gb, don't you think it would be better to install first patch 1.10 and then 1.12?

I pretend to play the game without galaxy client (not a big fan of that)

I presume you are talking about The Witcher 3.

I think the download page is quite clear: the 1.12 patch is only from 1.10 => 1.12, so you must have 1.10 (or newer) already installed in order to use the 1.12 patch.

So yes, as far as I can tell you must download both the 1.10 patch (which is in several parts, mind you), and the 1.12 (1.12.1 actually, I think), and then install first 1.10, and then 1.12.1.

Don't try to install only 1.12.1 on top of 1.02, I presume it will just give an error that your game is not at the required patch level (1.10) in order to use that patch.

The 1.10 patch says it is to update from 1.01 => 1.10, but I presume it works also if your version is 1.02, meaning 1.01 is the minimum version on top of which it can be applied.

I thought that my post was on Wicther 3 and not on general discussion, sorry for that.
