This is weird, but... I just had to try.
Last hours for the last chance of having Forza Motorsport 7 Supreme, having no experience with MS shop, I thought I could have more options for buying, just to realize I have not.

Anyone willing to donate me a gift card or anything which can do the trick? I already lost Forza Horizon 3, COVID erased my job and finances and the bad taste on mouth for losing it is too much already.

In the next days I may have some money so I'm willing to make a devolution shopping from one's wishlist for the equal amount or, it would be way better for me, exchange that for some spare keys I still happen to have.

I tried, but he would not let me - there is no cross-regional gifting in the Microsoft Store and I'd need to buy the game on the canadian store page.
On checkout I am required to complete my profile, with an address. This has to be completed with a canadian postal code which is checked for validity. It always states that the postal code is incorrect(even if straight out copying those of the Internet).
And I can not change the country back to Germany, for the menu is greyed out, stating "Canada".

If the Internet is to be believed that is because me paying with PayPal the store expects a German address as it knows my true location - regardless of only offering Canada as location on the checkout menu.

Long story short:
I understand your blight and will try again later today and I know why I never spend any money with the MS Store myself.
Microsoft just does not want our money!

Your best hope for now are your fellow countrymen perusing this site.

Seeing the cusp of the ending, I wrote to a YouTuber and he asked me for details, already decided to give me the game as a gift. I came back to tell community by editing my OP and... saw your message.

There's something odd in the gaming industry and I'm willing to take action about it, as well as other important stuff. I'm already having discussions with another influencer, this one already committed with the cause, so wish us luck. Yeah, we'll need lots of it.

Well... now I have it. At least I won't hate myself twice as I already do for losing the Horizon 3. Yes, It's being that hard...
