Anyone else here played Krai Mira ?
Here's some gameplay footage, not my own.
It's a Classic Fallout inspired RPG that's out on Steam and DRM-free on IndieGameStand.

I've only played the game for a couple of hours but it has a nice early Fallout, Wasteland 2 and Planet Alcatraz feel to it, perhaps the latter more than the former. I'm enjoying the game so far.

And the game has worked well, the only thing I can complain about is that some of the English translations are somewhat off at times, but not by much ... and these things have never bothered me before in games, so it's not a significant issue for me.

Since I haven't seen anyone mention the game I'm kind of waiting for the terrible parts, to explain the lack of mention of the game in the media and on forums, but so far there's none that I have come across.

If anything I'm quite impressed since it's made by a small studio of just three people.

I'm just curious to see if anyone else here has noticed the game.

There's an old demo available on IndeDB, but I haven't tried it myself (I took the plunge).

Post-edit:

I have come across a couple of issues in the game:
* it doesn't save your character name
* you can't browse through your inventory when selling stuff, it seems to mainly list higher-value items

In case you're still interested in the game - I recently did a 40 minute gameplay/commentary video on my channel of the Extended Cut version, I'll give you the link if you're interested but my conclusion was that even though the developers have the technical skills to pull off the gameplay aspects - which are quite important, to be sure - Fallout was much more than turn-based combat and pretty aesthetics.

It is very competent from a technical standpoint but at the same time, I feel it lacks character. There's no interesting storyline nor characters and locations to get immersed in and at the end of the day, that's what I look for when it comes to RPGs in general, and especially post-apocalyptic ones. But if you're more interested in the gaming mechanics and general gameplay of the thing, then you could definitely do worse than this, it's very well made from that pov.
It seems like the game is no longer on IndieGameStand. The link doesn't work and I couldn't find the game when I searched it. So it has become Steam-only I guess: The official game page only shows Steam store.

Yep, the game is even on GamersGate, Bundlestars and Indie Gala but no DRM-Free version, Steam key only.
