Basically, GOG's staff are the side of the scammers.
Support knows shit about what's happening here. They just see a user's request to change his name.

True but a basic you can change your name ONE time only rule might help, but then again it might not.

i don't know about romania but every ISP i used gave me a dynamic IP. unless you want to ban ALL romanian IP addresses.
