Dunno, I just know that he was banned for 1 year from GOG forum because he uploaded some GOG games on torrent sites.

I was under the impression he was banned for something else, Later on someone saw his name on a supposed pirate site (which actually wasn't) and posted about it here on GOG, which started a big furore, eventually the mods closed the thread saying that Lugum was legit and was being blamed in the wrong....that was what I understood it to be anyway, but tbh, I don't really pay much attention to those threads, so I could be wrong or there could have been a further development that I don't know about, as I said, I don't really pay those threads much attention.

As this user is likely to have little or no history on the GOG forum, I would use caution. Having this user send their code first is recommended. There is a trading thread that explains a little of this. And another that explains this further but will have to find it.

EDIT: Here's the other thread I mentioned. The problem is you cannot search this user's history on this forum, given the underscore in their name. GOG's search function is useless in this regard.

I don't know who "andres_duartte" is and I can't find any comment by him thanks to the "_" character (the search function doesn't work with "_"). Since he has a lower REP than you he should go first, but if he doesn't want or you're not feeling comfortable with the trade, then don't do it, simple as that. Better be safe than sorry.

I see. Well, you can try limiting the gift to an individual with more rep or who has been registered longer or has a good track record on the forum to satisfy your criteria.

i checked his steam it seems hes uses it a lot since i aint gonna lose any thing ill let him pass this time. but will keep an eye on him
