It wasn't exclusive because I remember playing it for an hour or two on Dreamcast. It wasn't very good.

Well digital release could be enough it seems it's not good to have a reboot or new installment.

Afaik the 2nd game is considered the best of the franchise. I wouldn't mind seeing this game here.
