We have a saying in my country. The bear has forty songs and forty are on pears. Of course, he will go on a journey to different corners of gastronomy. MORE FOOD BUSINESS.

!00% I think Hank would go build a museum with all of the strange things he has found in the woods
Bear and Wine Pub, where you can go before going to bed at Bear and Breakfast.
After doing a search on the computer with his big bear paws, Hank discovers a magical place called a "Water Park" and one very special one where "The guest was in control". With rides such as a race track down a hill, a Tarzan swing into a pool, a boat down water rapids and a water slide with a loop on the end of it! Best of all the guest sound so happy, it must be a perfect edition to Pinefall. Of course Hank would wonder if it was "safe" but humans are an adventurous lot, the more in danger they are the happier they seem to get!

Create the new 'Beez-R-us' part of his business !
He's a bear, so he loves honey... and so does everyone ! He could create beehives in different parts of the forest, to have different kind of honey thanks to different floral sources, manage the bees and help improve their surrounding to have more pollen, and to help the bees to 'bee' happy :) This could in addition help spread plants and trees all around the forest ! (and yelds more fruits for example !)
After harvesting honey, he could either put it in jars and sell it directly or use it in cooking, for more various recipes ! Or even craft remedies ! For wounds, illness...

Bear should go with bees I would say as final word :)
He can add an outdoor BBQ: The Grizzly Grill.
Hank would definitely become a baker, and open up wonderful bakeries right next to all his B&Bs. Bear and Breakfast and Breads and Such.
Hank will definitely have to expand into being a Bear-ista. After all, what better way to wake up after hibernation than a cup full of caffeine, and why not offer that same luxury to your guests? The honey sweetened lattes will be a specialty I am sure
There's little better about being in the forest than getting in touch with nature. Therefore, Hank decides, in the interest of keeping noise level to a good minimum as to not disturb the wildlife but still give something for guests to enjoy, he must expand to create a library and museum! People can enjoy the cafe at the library as they educate themselves about wildlife or enjoy all kinds of fiction humans seem to love. Then, they can peruse the museum of all the fantastic items Hank has found! Ooh and Hank will have some bear art on display too, humans really eat that up and maybe he can get other animal friends to join in. "Yes," Hank thinks, "This is brilliant! I'll have so many guests!"
I am going to go with something that can be considered a little bit controversial. Instead of safe choices like a restaurant or a café, I think he should open up a nightclub. Maybe he can call it "The Nightcub" (get it? sorry.). Designing the dance floor, making cocktails and laying out the tables and chairs would be interesting. Also who doesn't want to see Hank on the dancefloor?
A Cassino, enjoy the profits and improve to luxury, also build anything else
He can try his hand at opening a movie theater that stars mostly animal charcters.
Obviously the bear would open a porridge café, named Goldie's. Goldie's would serve Cinnamon Bear porridge and Bagels with Goldie's Lox and Cream Cheese.
Hank decides to expand his decorating skills outside the walls of the B&B. As well as a beautiful flower garden, Hank landscapes an area to be used as a camp ground, giving each camp site an individual touch, just like the rooms of his B&B, in which he can now display his own stunning floral creations. "Bushes, Bouquets and BBQ's" is the perfect accompaniment to Bear and Breakfast.
Well, Hank starts to offer wildwater rafting tours, under the guidance of his close pals, Bill and Belinda Beaveridge.

He also offers spelunking in the nearby caves under the watchful eyes of his old buddy Ralph Ratso and his sons.

For the less adventurous guests, he opens a spa on the grounds of the hot springs.
(Mud) baths, (hot-stone) massages and hoove and claw-cures will make the stay at Hank's Bear and Breakfast a relaxing experience for everyone.
