OneFiercePuppy: NOT VOTERS. You're only a voter IF YOU VOTE. Getting deregistered to vote requires a death certificate and paperwork. It takes time. At any given point, there are over a million people who have died recently enough that a quick poll of registered voters will include their names. But they don't vote, so they're not voters. Again, the difference between voter registrations and voters. Very important. Put down the keyboard and go exercise. Your brain desperately needs the increased blood flow.
