I have 2 windows users in the same PC, both have administrator rights. On the second user when trying to open Galaxy, it gives the following error "Certificate file not found. This is an essential component. Please reinstall the application"
I've tried reinstalling, deleting all folders, reinstalling from the user that is having issues and nothing seems to work.
