GOG Galaxy: click the cog wheel in the top left, then choose Report Issue. There's also the
GOG Galaxy section of the support page, and the
GOG Galaxy forum.
Games: check the
Game Technical Issues section of the support page, as well as the game's forum both here and on Steam. If there's no solution there, check the developer or publisher's site for support options, or open a new support ticket here on GOG from the aforementioned technical issues link.
Website: check the
Account and Store section of the support page. If nothing there helps, there's a link to open a support ticket on that page. There's also this General Discussion forum.
morolf: I take it from your other post that you've got a problem with games not showing up in Galaxy?
That issue should've been fixed in the latest update. Click the cog wheel in the top left, then choose Changelog. If the latest entry isn't version 2.0.40, exit the application, then manually download and install
the latest version from gogalaxy.com. If that doesn't help, try logging out, then back in. If that doesn't help either, open a support ticket.
