To elaborate, gag doesn't often do pre-loads. The only 1 I remember them doing (and I may be wrong) was the Witcher 3.

Ya Witcher 3 had preload :).
Quite sure it will be the only game until cyberpunk having a preload as it might be pretty complicated to offer preloads as the preloads kinda have to contain the entire game and a working installation without actually offering a startable game (meaning they have to remove the game exe or such and patch it back in afterwards)
