Since a couple of days, GOG pages are very slow to load, especially the profile pages which are painfully lagging.
I wonder if this is a general problem, or just something on my end?

There can be a lot of factors (connection speed, are you are residing, etc) but for me GOG is loading at a brisk pace with no noticeable issues.

My profile pages are loading fine.

But the matter is, "Is there a technical problem on GOG?" is quite the loaded question, as one of the members of the "Guild of the Purple Sphere", whose inbox is FUBAR, so I can actually check recent messages, meaning that I have to manually hunt down replies.

Barefoot_Essentials for me keeps the notifcations intact. The official way has been broken for years, showing me replies from weeks ago. and again and again the same ones...
The "forum replies" page gives me GOG bear most of the times, but eventually it'll work. (F5 ftw...).

Yeah, Barefoot Essentials 2.0 was supposed to premier sometime for Firefox, but I never saw the followup.
